Terms & Conditions
I understand that my family is attending WOLF DIY Family Camp. I accept all financial responsibility for my family’s attendance. In consideration of participation in this program, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless UCCR, WOLF School, the State of California, its officers, employees, servants, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all liability for any injury suffered by me and/or my child/family member/ ward, arising from or connected with this program and I assume all risk for injury. I understand that we will be participating in a summer camp program involving physical activity, hiking and physical challenges and understand there are risks inherent in said program and accept full responsibility for our participation. I understand that my family will be camping in shared camping and that I or my family member(s) may be asked to leave the program if I or my family is not following the rules of camp in the sole opinion of the WOLF School representative. IN CASE OF MEDICAL OR SURGICAL EMERGENCY, I hereby authorize the physician selected by the Program Director to secure all proper and required treatment for my child/ward in my absence. I agree that any photographs/video of myself/my family taken by staff or others authorized by them, or any, writing, artwork and/or testimonials submitted myself/my family to the WOLF School shall be the property of the WOLF School and may be used by the WOLF School and others authorized by them at its discretion and I hereby consent to and authorize such use without restriction. CANCELLATION POLICY: if you need to cancel, a 4 week written notice is required for a refund, minus $20 nonrefundable service charge. After this date, the fee is non-refundable. DIY camps that do not fill may be canceled/refunded or modified with your agreement. We will notify you up to 4 weeks prior if this is a concern. We apologize for any inconvenience.
