Customized Program and Schedule

Almost everything about the Nature’s Classroom program is custom planned for each group. The Nature’s Classroom Site Director works with each group’s Trip Organizer to help design a program to best fit the needs and goals of the group. Arrival times, departure times, activity choices, group and cabin assignments, and any specific subject emphasis are all customized for each group.

Exceptional Staff

Nature’s Classroom hires instructors who are passionate about the program, education, and sharing their knowledge with the participants who attend. Instructors come from a variety of backgrounds, but are united by the common goals of the Nature’s Classroom program. All instructors are college graduates, certified in First Aid/CPR, and pass a criminal background check prior to employment.

Rustic Natural Setting

We are fortunate to have a gorgeous facility rich in woodlands, meadows, streams, trails, and a lake, offering us over 350 acres to explore and engage students.  There are exciting lessons and all types of new adventures waiting to be discovered around every tree and rock.  Lodging takes place in rustic cabin settings, each of which contains their own restroom/shower facilities, heat, and camp style beds all situated in forest rich venues encompassing nature.

Dedicated Support

Nature’s Classroom is dedicated to supporting and serving our groups through-out their planning process to ensure that we are providing the best possible program experience.  We offer to provide each and every group a representative for any presentations to faculty, administration, parents, and/or potential participants, and step-by-step assistance in preparing for the trip.
